YANGON - MANDALAY - AMARAPURA - SAGAING - MANDALAY - MINGUN - MANDALAY - BAGAN - SALE - POPA - PYAY - YANGON
(10 Days / 9 Nights)
Day1. YANGON ( arrival with morning flight )

After
your arrival in Yangon, check into your hotel. A uniformed
host will invite you a welcome drink and collect your tour
program from our tour guide.
Morning sightseeing includes all the famous landmarks: Sule
Pagoda, City Hall, Mahar Bandula Park, Queen Anne style
high-court and downtown area. In the afternoon, visit
Botahtaung Pagoda, Strand Hotel and drive to Mawtin Jetty.
Take a walk along the busy Yangon River and enjoy the
sunset. Overnight at Hotel.
Day2.YANGON - MANDALAY - AMARAPURA - SAGAING - MANDALAY ( by
morning flight )

Early morning flight will take you to Mandalay.
Upon arrival, proceed to Amarapura and visit
Mahargandayon monastery, famous U Bein Bridge
and silk-weaving factory. In the afternoon,
proceed to Sagaing and visit silverware making
at Ywahtaung village, Kaunghmudaw pagoda, drive
up to Sagaing hill and visit Umin-thonese pagoda
and Son-U-Ponyashin pagoda. Enjoy the sunset
from U Bein Bridge. Overnight at Hotel.
Day3. MANDALAY - MINGUN - MANDALAY

After breakfast, excursion to Mingun, 12km away
from Mandalay and a very pleasant boat trip with
plenty to see along the Ayarwaddy River. Tour
highlight with Mingun bell (90 tons),
Myatheindan pagoda and Phahtodawgyi Pagoda: an
enormous unfinished temple. In the afternoon,
visit King Mindon's Myanansankyaw Palace site of
Konbaung dynasty, Golden monastery, Kuthodaw
pagoda with 729 stone tablets(known as World's
Biggest Book). Finally, drive up to Mandalay
hill(Anti-ageing hill)and take a panoramic view
of Mandalay city. Overnight at Hotel.
Day4. MANDALAY - BAGAN ( by morning flight )

In early morning, domestic flight will take you
to Bagan. Sightseeing start with Nyaung Oo local
market, Shwezigon Pagoda, a prototype of real
Myanmar stupa, built in 1087.Wetgyiin
Gyubyaukgyi for its famous Jatakas mural
painting, Htilominlo temple for its plaster
carvings and famous Ananda temple with four
standing Buddha Images. In the afternoon, visit
Nan Phaya temple, Manuha temple, Myingaba
Gyubyaukgyi temple, Shwegyugyi temple and Thabinnyu temple. Enjoy the sunset of Bagan from
Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at Hotel.
Day5. BAGAN

After breakfast, Bagan sightseeing continue
to Minnanthu village and visit 13th A.D style
pagodas and see the daily activities of local
people at Pwa-saw village. Visit Lawkananda
pagoda and Ashae-Pet-leik and Anauk-Pet-leik
Pagadas. In the afternoon, visit the
lacquer-ware factory, Sulamani temple,
Dhamayangyi temple and enjoy the sunset of Bagan.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day6. BAGAN - SALE - POPA

Drive to Sale about 1&1/2 hours. Upon arrival,
visit famous Sale Yoke Sone monastery with nice
woodcarving and collection of palm-leaf
manuscripts, Buddha images and lacquer-ware
boxes. You can also visit large Hni-Phaya
(Buddha image made of saw-dust).In the
afternoon, another 1&1/2 hour drive to Mt.Popa(home for the 37 nats).At the bottom of
the Popa mountain plug, visit the enshrining
place of 37 nats in life-size statues. And then,
climb up 737m high Popa Mountain plug with shady
stairway.On top, you will see very pleasant
panoramic view of surrounding areas. Check into
your hotel and overnight at Popa Mountain
Resort.
Day7. POPA - PYAY

Early
morning, drive to Pyay(appr:9hours). You are
just like looking a new discovery channel. You
can see really dry zone area and landscape of
central Myanmar. Before arrive to Pyay (16 km
away from Pyay), you can see the Majestic
Ayeyarwaddy River that parallel to our motor
way. It's a good chance to take photos. Upon
arrival, check into your hotel and overnight.
Day8. PYAY - AKAUK TAUNG - PYAY

After breakfast, drive to Htone Bo (appr:2
hours). From the Jetty, take a private boat along
the Ayeyarwaddy river to visit Akauk Taung (the
hill of levying taxes), named after the tradition
of the collection of taxes to the boat passing
through the hill during the colonial times. And
then, you can see the sculpture of many Buddha
Images along the cliff of the Hill. On top, you
can visit a monastery and another 40 minutes you
will see a waterfall. In the afternoon, drive
back to Pyay and visit Shwe Sandaw Pagoda,
downtown area, and night market and overnight at
Hotel.
Day9. PYAY - SRIKHITARA - SHWETAUNG - YANGON

In the morning, visit the ancient capital of
Pyu during (4 - 9 AD), we called Srikhitara. You
can find some of the prototype of oldest pagodas
in Myanmar. Firstly, visit a small museum which
shows the cultural and architectural development
of Pyu people during that time. S/S includes Baw
Baw Gyi pagoda, Be` Be` pagoda, Lay myatnar
pagoda, East zaygyu, West zaygyu and palace
wall. Come back to Pyay and drive to Shwedaung.
Visit the famous Buddha Image with spectacles
(only one in Myanamr). Then, drive back to
Yangon and overnight at Hotel.
Day10. YANGON ( departure with evening flight )

After breakfast, Yangon sightseeing starts
with famous Shwe Dagon Pagoda described by
Somerset Maugham: "The Shwedagon rose superb,
glistening with its gold, like a sudden hope in
the dark night of the soul of which the mystics
write, glistening against the fog and smoke of
the thriving city". This massive bell-shaped
stupa rises nearly 100 meters above its hill-top
surroundings. Wander through this magnificent
structure and its courtyards, stupa, bells,
temples and Buddha images and see religious and
secular visitors from all parts of the globe.
Shwedagon has become the symbol of Myanmar.
And then visit Chaukhtatgyi pagoda (72 m long
reclining Buddha image), Karawaik Hall (designed
as a Royal Floating Barge on Royal Lake) for
Kodak moment and we are visit the famous market
in Yangon called "Scott" market and come back to
hotel.
In the afternoon, You have time to repack all of
your belonging and you are ready to leave from
Myanmar and we feel so sad to say "Goodbye!"
And app. (17:00) transfer to Yangon
International Airport for your departure.
